Due to a technical issue, some customers who receive their invoice via e‑invoice may see a billing fee on their April invoice.
This fee applies only to the April invoice. Please pay the full invoice amount as usual. The extra billing fee charged in April will be automatically credited on your May invoice, so no action is required from you.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. The issue is temporary and does not affect future invoices.
