Pay in parts limited to existing customers in Sweden

Telia Finance no longer offers new purchases with Telia Sweden and Halebop. This means that only existing customers with active credit accounts can use their accounts for new purchases until 28th February 2026.

What does this mean for me as a customer?
You don’t have to pay your entire debt now and should continue to pay your monthly invoices until the total debt has been repaid. You can continue to pay new purchases in parts in Telia stores until February 28th 2026. You can easily manage your account on My pages.

I don’t have a credit account with Telia Finance
If you have received a letter from us without having an outstanding debt with Telia Finance, it may be because you:

– have recently paid off your total debt. In that case, your account will be automatically
closed within four months.

– you have paid more than your total debt. Log in to My pages to see if you’ve paid more than your total debt. If you’ve made an overpayment, please fill out the repayment form that’s on My pages so we can refund the excess amount.
