Telia Rahoitus will be limited to existing customers
From 29th October 2025, Telia Finance will no longer offer new purchases with Telia. This means that only existing customers with active credit accounts can use their accounts for new purchases for another two months.
What does this mean for me as a customer?
You don’t need to pay your entire debt now and should continue to pay your monthly invoices until the total debt has been repaid. You may continue to use your credit account to finance new purchases in Telia Kauppa stores until 8th January 2026.
You can easily manage your credit account on My pages. The portal will remain available as usual, even though no new credit will be issued.
I don’t have an outstanding debt with Telia Rahoitus
If you don’t have any outstanding credit with Telia Finance it may be because:
- Your account may still be active following the final payment. Your account will automatically be closed four months after the final payment. If your total debt has been repaid you can close your account via My pages.
- You may have overpaid your credit account. You can check your account status by signing in to My Pages. If your account shows an overpayment, please complete the refund form so we can return the excess amount to your bank account. You can find the form under Pay in parts questions.
