Billing process and payment reference update for Norwegian customers

As of February 2026, we’re updating the billing process for Norwegian customers. Invoices will be sent on the 15th of each month, with a due date on the last day of the month. At the same time, we’re updating our KID-number. If you have an automatic payment connected to a previous number, please update it in your bank to ensure continued processing. The old number will remain valid during a transition period. If you’re using e-invoice, you don’t have to make any changes. If you have questions, please contact our customer service.
