If we don't agree

Telia Finance seeks to continuously improve and assure the quality of its products and services. Telia Finance also follow FSA´s (Financial Supervisory Authority) general advise regarding management of complaints. 
An important aspect in this regard is that we always take customers' complaints and comments seriously.

To enable the rapid investigation of any disputes, we apply a special policy for the handling of customer complaints. If you are not satisfied Initially, we ask that you contact us by phone, mail or e-mail, after which we will examine the matter and send your our response.
